• Allow your foodstuff to cool properly before placing them in the freezer. Try not to place steaming hot soup inside a freezer. Instead, wait till it is cool.

• Boil your fruits and vegetables for two minutes before placing them in the fridge or freezer.

Now, this is the really important part

• Place your foodstuff in airtight containers before putting them in the freezer. Air is the main cause of freezer burn.

• Wrap the meat in foil and place them in resealable zip-lock bags.

• Try to order now because stock is very limited. Popular sellers rarely have products in stock because dem dey rush am.

• For soup, just place your soup inside airtight containers and don’t forget to cool them before placing them in the freezer.

• Finally, thawing food and refreezing it again causes freezer burn. Try to store your food in a way that you will only bring out the quantity you need from the freezer instead of taking and returning.

Once you take all these steps to avoid freezer burn, you can appreciate the white misty air that wafts out of your Bruhm freezer with confidence.

But it is not just the fast freezing and cold retention that makes Bruhm such a reliable freezer brand.
