Like most Hisense TV sets, it is really flat with thin bezels.
The bezels are a bit thinner than basic or non smart Hisense TV models.
The stands are strong and don’t bend when pulled.
And the frame is made of strong plastic.
The screen is also good quality and won’t crumple or crack when lightly knocked.
The clean flat design is stylish and brings class to a room.
Display
It’s full HD display (1920 x 1080). So it is brilliant with great color separation and stunning clarity.
The grass is very green and the sky is true blue not purplish.
So you don’t notice those reddish tints with this display.
It also has good brightness and looks bright enough even in a room illuminated by daylight.
Although I’ve noticed that the brightness is not quite uniform like the Hisense 40 inch TV.
On careful consideration, some areas of the screen seem a bit brighter especially at the upper edges.
But this difference in brightness is small and may even be invisible to the untrained eye.
It renders all HD and FHD content accurately and will decently upscale AVI content or low-quality MP4 to HD.
The contrast ratio is really good and the black is really black.
It’s not as black as UHD but it’s deep black.
The screen refresh rate is the usual 60 hz so pro gamers may be disappointed.
But it would handle most games without lagging.
Also you won’t notice motion blur when viewing fast motion scenes.
It also has a wide viewing angle quite better than smaller sized Hisense TV sets.
Sound
With 2 sensitive speakers each with a power output of 7w coupled with DTS enhancements; the sound is impressive.
If your room is less than 20 ft then you don’t need a home theater.
The speech is clear and distinct and in fact, the only thing missing is surround sound.
So you can crank the volume to the loudest (try not to go deaf) and not notice distortion of sound.
So to cut the long story short, it’s got great sound.

It consumes less than 100 w. Works on low voltage and can handle voltage fluctuations within 100 – 240 v.
You can use a 2.5 kva generator to power this TV.

Sadly you can’t install apks or use play store or Google apps because it’s not an Android TV.
The OS still lags a bit especially when streaming with Netflix but it’s much improved.
The older VIDAA version was really sluggish.
It has WIFI Direct features so you can transfer files from your phone without the use of a hotspot.
Durability
This TV won’t develop screen lines after a few months.
Provided it doesn’t fall or suffer trauma, it can last up to 5 years or more.
The OS on the other hand may become outdated. That is the usual problem of smart TV sets.
Always use this TV with a surge protector to avoid unpleasant occurrences.
